SK Telecom announced on the 14th that it will strengthen the artificial intelligence (AI) calling features in its flagship calling platform 'T전화' and change the service name and icon to 'A.Dot Call'.

A.Dot Call is a service that adds AI features previously offered in the A.Dot app to the existing T전화. The AI assistant recommends information optimized for calls, detects spam and phishing, and manages the before, during, and after of phone calls by reminding users of schedules mentioned during calls, providing an AI personal assistant experience.


The 'AI Prediction' feature informs users in advance about who is calling, and the 'Conversation Tips' suggest what to say next. Through 'Conversation Status,' it summarizes recent conversations with the other party to assist the dialogue.


It also includes a 'Spam and Phishing Detection' feature where AI detects and blocks not only reported numbers but also the latest unreported spam and suspected voice phishing numbers in real time.


Additionally, by analyzing the characteristics of companies with accumulated call data, it suggests the best times to connect calls and provides information such as tags tailored to each company’s characteristics, popularity rankings, and customer distribution through the 'AI Company Information' feature.


The 'A.Dot Tab' recommends call recipients and suggests AI features suitable for the situation, such as reminding users of summarized key call contents and schedules.


Besides 'Call Recording,' it also offers a 'Call Summary' feature that converts recorded calls into text and uses AI to summarize the key points. The call recording feature is unlimited, but the call summary feature provides 30 uses per month by default. Promotional benefits allowing additional call summaries will be offered for a certain period.


The 'Interpretation Call' feature, previously available only in the A.Dot app, has also been added to A.Dot Call. When a participant speaks during a call, the spoken sentence is translated in real time into the other party’s language through simultaneous interpretation. Supported languages are Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese.
