Sahakyeongeum Wins Grand Prize at Korea ESG Innovation Policy Awards

The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (Sahakyeongeum) announced on the 14th that it received the Grand Prize (Governance category) at the "2024 3rd Korea ESG Innovation Policy Awards" held on the 11th in recognition of its efforts to promote various ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) innovative policies.

Organized by the Korean Association for Public Policy, the Korea ESG Innovation Policy Awards are given to public institutions and public enterprises that actively practice ESG management and achieve excellent results. Sahakyeongeum received high marks for its multifaceted efforts to establish transparent governance, including anti-corruption and the spread of integrity and ethical culture in Naju Innovation City, international standard certifications for safety, health, and compliance management systems, and strengthened information security activities.

Sahakyeongeum has set key ESG management strategies such as ▲sustainable eco-friendly management ▲expansion of ESG responsible investment base ▲inclusive co-growth and regional coexistence ▲realization of ethics- and human rights-centered management, and has continuously implemented them. It is also striving to create various social values and promote regional development in the public sector.
