Yang Su-hyun, Mayor of Yangju City, has been conducting a two-day introductory public service training for 29 newly appointed public officials for the second half of the year from the 10th to the 11th. Gyeonggi Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) announced on the 14th that it conducted a two-day orientation program for 29 newly appointed public officials from the 10th to the 11th.
This training was organized to help new public officials smoothly adapt to the organization and to provide them with the basic knowledge necessary for public service life.
The main training contents included integrity education to cultivate public service values, civil complaint response training for communication with citizens, and practical training on budgeting and report writing to enhance work skills, helping new officials adapt quickly.
In particular, through a meeting with the Mayor of Yangju, the new public officials shared the vision of Yangju City and had a valuable time to reaffirm their aspirations as public servants.
Mayor Kang Su-hyun of Yangju said, “I hope the new public officials will grow into key figures leading the future of Yangju City,” and added, “We will continue to provide ongoing education and support so that new officials can demonstrate their abilities.”
