Hanam-si, First-Come-First-Served Recruitment for Youth Employment and Startup Support Program Participants

Hanam City 'Youth Employment and Startup Support Program' Participants First-Come, First-Served Recruitment Announcement.

Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) is accepting applications on a first-come, first-served basis starting from the 14th for young people who wish to participate in a customized support program designed to strengthen employment and entrepreneurship capabilities, including job strategies analyzing the latest recruitment trends and startup marketing for successful entry into the startup market.

The 'Employment and Entrepreneurship Support Program,' held at the Hanam Youth Support Center (52 Misagangbyeon-daero, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi-do, 1st floor of Hanam Employment Welfare Plus Center), will run from the 21st until December 6th, offering a total of 40 lectures across three fields, including enhancing youth employment capabilities.

Looking at the detailed program contents, the youth capability enhancement part consists of 12 lectures, including voice training with a current announcer, a career design workshop using MBTI to discover oneself, and color therapy to help relieve stress.

Youth participants will learn how to create a trustworthy and attractive voice through vocalization, pronunciation, and breathing methods from a current announcer, receive tailored career direction suggestions based on their MBTI personality types, and have the opportunity to relieve stress by making healing herbariums with various colors.

The employment capability enhancement part includes 17 lectures such as a special lecture on successful youth employment (Understanding the 2024 New Recruitment Trends), an NCS (National Competency Standards) pre-pass confidence refund class, and A to Z consulting on self-introduction letters and interviews that help pass on the first try.

In the employment capability enhancement section, participants will learn practical job success strategies based on this year’s recruitment trend analysis. They will also have the opportunity to learn about NCS question types and document evaluation factors, and receive interview consulting through case analysis of self-introduction letters that pass on the first attempt.

The entrepreneurship support part consists of 11 lectures covering targeting strategies through customer demand, company, and market analysis, how to utilize government support policies and systems for young entrepreneurs, and SNS platform marketing trends that attract subscribers.

Program participants will acquire methods for customer analysis and demand forecasting necessary for successful entry into the startup market, learn how to utilize customized government support policies suited to their situations, and gain knowledge of startup marketing theories and practical strategies, including brand content marketing methods.

Youth aged 19 to 39 who reside, work, or are active in Hanam City are eligible to participate in the 'Employment and Entrepreneurship Support Program.'
