The siblings in the photo were holding a sketchbook that read, "Let's cheer hard together. Please take some throat lozenges." The candy packages they handed out were carefully wrapped in plastic containing throat lozenges, with stickers bearing phrases like "Don't say no! How? Positively!" and "Home run" affixed with care. Some of the recipients took photos with the children and the throat lozenges and shared them on X. One fan wrote, "Two boys packaged 500 pieces. The kids' father posted about it on the KT supporters' cafe," adding, "At first, I thought they might give up after a while, but they didn’t quit and cut and packaged everything until the end."
