Samsung Electronics' 'Bespoke AI Washing Machine,' launched in Europe this year, and the all-in-one washer-dryer 'Bespoke AI Combo,' released worldwide, have proven their excellence through evaluations by a UK review media.
According to industry sources on the 14th, the leading electronics review magazine Trusted Reviews awarded the Bespoke AI Washing Machine a perfect score of 5 stars. It was evaluated as a high-end washing machine with high efficiency and user convenience. Trusted Reviews, established in the UK in 2003, is a specialized electronics review magazine with millions of subscribers worldwide. It is known for evaluating over 1,000 electronic products annually, including home appliances, mobile devices, TVs, and IT products. For washing machines, it assesses performance, noise, energy efficiency, and smart compatibility using industry standards.
Trusted Reviews' own test results stated that the Bespoke AI Washing Machine "has the same energy rating as competing products but is actually more efficient," and "delivers excellent cleaning performance while using less electricity and water."
The Bespoke AI Washing Machine features 'AI Customized Washing,' which automatically adjusts the amount of detergent and the number of wash and rinse cycles according to the fabric type and degree of soiling. It boasts energy efficiency that saves 40% more compared to Europe's highest energy consumption efficiency grade A, allowing users to wash large loads conveniently without worrying about electricity costs. Its smart functions using wireless internet (Wi-Fi) also received high marks for user convenience. Users can remotely control or monitor the washing machine through the SmartThings application and receive notifications when the wash cycle is complete.
The media also rated the all-in-one washer-dryer Bespoke AI Combo as "a washer-dryer product with the highest convenience," awarding it 4.5 out of 5 stars. The review noted, "It is very convenient as it can wash and dry in just 98 minutes."
It highlighted the large washing capacity (25kg washing, 15kg drying based on domestic models) and the large door designed for easy loading and unloading of laundry as advantages. The drying performance is excellent with minimal fabric damage, and the use of a heat pump drying method contributes to high energy efficiency. The media mentioned the electricity consumption measured during its own drying tests, stating that it requires "unprecedentedly low costs that cannot be experienced with any other dryer."
Samsung Electronics launched the Bespoke AI in the domestic and North American markets in the first half of the year. It plans to sequentially expand sales to major countries in Southeast Asia (8 countries), Russia, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe within this year.
