Pukyong National University Holds Customized Employment Support Program for Ongoing Corporate Recruitment

'Customized Job Strategy Analysis' and 'Mock Job Application' Programs Held in Succession

The National Pukyong National University Career Plus Center (Director: Kim Taegyu) has held a customized employment support program to prepare for the recent changes in recruitment methods, such as rolling recruitment by companies.

Pukyong National University Holds Customized Employment Support Program for Ongoing Corporate Recruitment 'Customized Employment Strategy Analysis' Program.

As part of the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s customized employment service project for enrolled students, the center held the “Customized Employment Strategy Analysis” program from October 8 to 11 at the Dongwon Jangbogogwan Dongwon Academy Hall.

This program is a customized course that systematically supports all stages of recruitment so that each student can prepare for both document screening and interview screening according to the job postings of the companies they wish to join.

The 40 participating students completed courses including company analysis for their desired employers, resume writing, basic interview preparation, self-introduction and motivation, mock interviews, discussion interviews, and presentation interviews.

Prior to this, in September, the center also conducted a “Mock Job Application Program with Current HR Managers” to provide customized employment support for students.

This program, held online, featured HR managers from five companies who directly participated to provide recruitment briefings, practical interviews, and interview feedback opportunities.

More than 50 students who participated in the program enhanced their customized job competencies for each company through job analysis, self-introduction letter writing, and mock interviews.

The Pukyong National University Career Plus Center is an operating institution for the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s University Career Center Plus Project, providing a variety of programs to support career and employment, including customized employment service projects for enrolled students.
