Bucheon City in Gyeonggi Province will hold the 'Bucheon City-LINC3.0 University Alliance RISE UP Career Festival' at the City Hall Lawn Plaza on the 21st and 22nd.

This event is co-hosted by Bucheon City and Catholic University and Yuhan University, which are carrying out the LINC3.0 project. The LINC3.0 project is a leading university-industry cooperation initiative aimed at fostering mutual growth by linking universities with local industries.

This event is organized as an extension of that effort, in collaboration with universities, to address career concerns of citizens of all ages, including career paths, employment, entrepreneurship, and lifelong education.

The festival will feature Bucheon City’s job and lifelong education counseling, university department promotions and admission consultations, university family company promotions and employment counseling, various job introductions and experience booths, as well as stage events.

There will also be lectures by notable figures. On the first day, Lim Seong-ho, CEO of Jongno Academy, will give a lecture on career planning for youth, and on the second day, Hwang Hyun-hee, a writer and investor, will host a youth empathy talk show.

A Bucheon City official stated, "We have prepared a broad platform to provide extensive information for the future planning of Bucheon citizens" and added, "We will continue to cooperate with universities and strive for the development of Bucheon City."
