Samsung C&T Begins Sales of Raemian Songdo Station Centripol

Samsung C&T Construction Division will open the model house for 'Raemian Songdo Station Sentrypole' near Songdo Station in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon on the 11th and begin full-scale sales.

Located in the Songdo Station Area Urban Development Project site, this complex consists of Blocks 1 to 3 and is planned to be a large-scale complex with up to 40 floors, 19 buildings, and a total of 2,549 households. This time, 1,024 households in Block 3 will be sold first. The units range in size from 59 to 101㎡.

The design mainly features south-facing units, and 100% general sales allow for high-floor occupancy. Benefits such as a 5% down payment and basic balcony expansion are also provided. The average general sale price is 21 million KRW per 3.3㎡, which is priced around 670 million to 720 million KRW for an 84㎡ exclusive area. This is about 200 million KRW cheaper compared to nearby complexes recently sold in Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.

Special supply will begin on the 21st, followed by first-priority subscription on the 22nd and second-priority subscription on the 23rd. The winners will be announced on the 29th, and the resale restriction period is one year from the announcement date.

Samsung C&T is responsible for both development and construction of this project, applying Raemian’s unique specialized design from the exterior to the interior of the units and landscaping. The parking system, reflecting recent trends, is also noteworthy. An AI parking solution has been introduced to guide residents to preferred parking zones and to check parking locations. Facial recognition access systems and AI mood lighting are also implemented.

Within the complex’s commercial facilities, a partnership has been established with Jjaegakseom, a childcare service, and Cleverus, known for its gifted education centers, to create academies for early childhood, English, and math education. An elementary school is planned to be newly established right in front of the complex, and Okryeon Girls’ High School is within walking distance. Songdo High School, considered a prestigious school district in the area, is also nearby.
