Followed Middle School Girl Home and Committed Indecent Acts in Elevator

A Vietnamese national illegally residing in the country was arrested for following a female student on her way home, committing an obscene act, and biting a police officer's arm during the arrest process.
On the 11th, the Ilsan Dongbu Police Station in Gyeonggi Province announced that they have detained and are investigating a man in his 40s from Vietnam, identified as Mr. A, on charges including forcible molestation, obstruction of official duties causing injury, and trespassing. Mr. A is accused of following a student heading home and committing an obscene act in front of an apartment elevator in Madu-dong, Ilsan Dong-gu, Goyang City, around 9:45 p.m. on the 10th.
When police responded to a report from local residents and arrived at the scene, Mr. A resisted and bit the hands and arms of the officers. It is reported that two police officers were injured during this incident. Mr. A had been committing obscene acts in the park while looking at unidentified women and then followed a female middle school student on her way home. He is currently identified as an illegal immigrant living without a steady job. The police plan to investigate the circumstances of the case further and apply for an arrest warrant against Mr. A.
