SK Ecoplant announced on the 11th that it has opened the model house for ‘Centum Park SK VIEW’ and is starting full-scale sales.
Centum Park SK VIEW, located in San 4-beonji, Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, consists of three buildings ranging from two basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 309 apartments of exclusive areas 74㎡ and 84㎡, as well as neighborhood living facilities. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲74㎡: 114 units ▲84㎡A: 110 units ▲84㎡B: 85 units. All units are composed of highly preferred small to medium-sized complexes.
Special supply will begin on the 21st, followed by first-priority subscription on the 22nd and second-priority subscription on the 23rd. Public offices such as Busan Yeonje Police Station and Busan District Court and Prosecutor’s Office Eastern Branch are also nearby, making access convenient. There is also abundant greenery nearby, including Suyeong Environment Park, Suyeong River, and Suyeong Riverside Walkway.
Transportation conditions are excellent. With proximity to Jwasuyeong-ro, Beonyeong-ro, Suyeong Riverside Road, and Wondong IC, it is convenient to move to major areas of Busan, and accessibility to Centum City and Haeundae is also good.
The area also boasts an excellent educational environment. The complex is an ‘Elementary School Proximity’ (Chopuma) complex with Gajeong Elementary School right next door, and within a 1 km radius are Tohyeon Middle School, Anrak Middle School, Yeoncheon Middle School, and Busan Foreign Language High School. Busan Gyeongsang University and Busan Metropolitan City Yeonsan Library are located nearby, and the Centum City academy district is also close.
