Exclusive Area 59-110㎡... 5% Down Payment, Safe Contract Guarantee Applied
Special Supply on 21st, First Priority on 22nd, Second Priority on 23rd
KCC Construction will open the model house for "Daejeon Leev Switchen" on the 11th and officially begin sales.
"Daejeon Leev Switchen" is a residential complex supplied through the Daehung District 2 housing redevelopment project, located in Daehung-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon. The complex consists of 11 buildings with 3 basement levels and up to 29 floors above ground, totaling 1,278 units (440 in Phase 1 and 838 in Phase 2). Of these, 870 units with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 110 square meters will be available for general sale, excluding those allocated to association members and for rental.
The general sale breakdown by exclusive area is as follows: Phase 1 offers 277 units of 59㎡ and 42 units of 84㎡; Phase 2 offers 246 units of 59㎡, 280 units of 84㎡, and 25 units of 110㎡. The complex is notable for providing a variety of unit types to suit different lifestyles.
The application schedule starts with special supply on the 21st, followed by first-priority applications on the 22nd and second-priority on the 23rd. The winner announcement dates differ: Phase 1 on the 30th and Phase 2 on the 29th, allowing applicants to apply for both phases. The contract period will run for four days from November 11th to 14th.
Anyone aged 19 or older residing in Daejeon, Sejong, or Chungnam is eligible to apply, whether as the head of household or a household member. Those who have held a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the required deposit amounts by region and area can apply for first-priority even if they already own a home. There are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residency periods. The resale restriction period is six months from the winner announcement date. To reduce the burden on buyers, only a 5% down payment is required, and a contract condition safety guarantee system is in place.
The complex is within walking distance of schools with high academic achievement, including Daehung Elementary School next door, Daejeon Middle and High Schools, Daejeon Girls' Middle School, and Sungmo Girls' High School. The Daehung-dong and Dunsan private education districts are also nearby.
Daejeon Metro Jung-gu Office Station and Jungangno Station are located nearby, providing easy access to major areas within Daejeon. Roads such as Gyeryong-ro and Daejeon-ro, connected to Chungmu-ro, allow for convenient travel throughout the city by car. Daejeon Station, served by SRT and KTX lines, and KTX Seodaejeon Station are also close by.
To the south of the complex, the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram line (tentatively named Daehung Station) is scheduled to open in 2028, and the first phase of the Chungcheong Region Metropolitan Railway, connecting Gyeryong and Sintanjin over 35.4 km, is set to open in 2026 near Seodaejeon Station.
One of Daejeon's largest commercial districts, Eunhaengjeongi Culture Street, is nearby, along with various commercial facilities such as Costco, Homeplus, NC Department Store, Jungangno Underground Shopping Center, and Jungang Market. Major medical facilities like the Catholic University of Korea Daejeon St. Mary's Hospital and Chungnam National University Hospital, as well as administrative institutions like Jung-gu Office, are also located in the area.
Directly across from the complex, at the Hanbat General Stadium site in Busa-dong, Jung-gu, the Baseball Dream Park, which can accommodate over 20,000 people, is scheduled to open in March next year. It will serve as the new home stadium for the Hanwha Eagles and will feature large performance facilities, sports experience zones, an adventure playground, outdoor parks, an infinity pool, artificial surfing facility, caravan, and camping zones, creating a multi-cultural complex.
The complex is designed with a south-facing orientation to maximize sunlight, and a significant portion of the site is dedicated to landscaping for a pleasant residential environment. Diverse amenities such as "Harvard Square," "Switchenland Garden," "Waterfall Garden," and "Athletic Court" will be created. Community facilities will include the "Switchen Gym" for fitness, the "Switchen Library" for reading and study, a G.X. room, golf club, and kids' lounge.
A sales representative stated, "Daejeon Leev Switchen offers a high-quality residential environment thanks to excellent educational conditions and concentrated infrastructure. With the scarcity of new apartments in the area and the differentiated product quality of KCC Construction's Switchen brand, this large-scale complex is set to become a leading residential landmark in the region."
