Nongshim launches bagged noodles following the popularity of Shin Ramyun Ttomba Large Bowl Noodles
Nongshim has launched the bagged noodle ‘Shin Ramyun Ttomba.’ This comes about three weeks after the release of the Shin Ramyun Ttomba Large Bowl Noodles. Due to the popularity of the large bowl noodles, consumer requests for a bagged version continued, leading to the decision to launch. Nongshim’s Shin Ramyun Ttomba bagged noodles were developed to allow consumers to enjoy the unique spicy and thick flavor of Shin Ramyun Ttomba more richly at home. The product is based on the modishumer recipe ‘Shin Ramyun Ttomba,’ featuring its distinctive sauce and chewy, elastic noodles, enhanced with toppings to suit individual preferences for a more complete experience. The deliciously spicy taste of Shin Ramyun is captured in the liquid soup, while the smooth and savory flavors of fresh cream and cheese are contained in the powder soup, creating a harmonious flavor profile.
Sajo Daerim launches two types of Haeseon Soy Sauce infused with the scent of the sea
Sajo Daerim has launched ‘Haeseon Soy Sauce,’ completed through a six-step fermentation and maturation process over 180 days using regional specialties. The new products are ‘Haepyo Tongyeong Oyster Soy Sauce’ and ‘Haepyo Wando Abalone Soy Sauce.’ Haepyo Tongyeong Oyster Soy Sauce contains rich oyster extract, making it ideal for adding deep flavor to dishes. Haepyo Wando Abalone Soy Sauce, which highlights the abalone’s unique mildness, is also highly versatile. Its umami flavor, richer than saltiness, harmoniously blends with cooking ingredients, enhancing the details of taste.
Ottogi launches ‘Mala Tangbap’ with sancho oil for a spicy and numbing flavor
Ottogi has released a new cup rice product called ‘Mala Tangbap.’ The new product includes sancho oil as an additional condiment to intensify the characteristic spicy and numbing flavor of mala. Based on the Chinese condiment Lee Kum Kee Doubanjiang, which is the secret behind the unique numbing and spicy taste of Chinese cuisine, it also contains abundant ingredients such as dried tofu, beef, shiitake mushrooms, bok choy, and wood ear mushrooms, recreating the taste of professional-level mala tang. Mala Tangbap is an exclusive convenience store product and can be found at convenience stores nationwide.
