Lotte Mart and Supermarkets Launch Cost-Effective Craft Beer 'National Beer Part 2: Ale Edition'

Collaboration with SevenBrew... Commemorative Discount Event Starting from the 17th

Lotte Mart and Super announced on the 11th that they have exclusively launched the 'Gukmin Maekju 2nd Edition Ale (500ml)'.


The Gukmin Maekju 2nd Edition Ale is a product collaborated with the famous domestic craft beer brewery 'Sevenbrau'. It is brewed using the 'Dry Hopping' method to maximize the flavor of hops, but it is about 30% cheaper than craft ales sold on the market.

'Gukmin Maekju' is a cost-effective beer brand planned by Lotte Mart and Super to reduce the burden of living expenses. Lotte Mart and Super explained that after the launch of the brand in April, the 'Gukmin Maekju 1st Edition Lager' introduced at the same time recorded the highest sales volume in the domestic craft beer category for six months after its release, receiving great response, which led to the release of this 2nd Edition Ale.


To commemorate the launch of Gukmin Maekju 2nd Edition Ale, Lotte Mart and Super will hold a discount event starting from the 17th. A 10% discount will be offered when purchasing 6 cans. The same benefit applies to the Gukmin Maekju 1st Edition Lager as well.
