Mr. A is accused of posting advertisements on SNS to sell child sexual exploitation materials and actually selling them. Police monitoring the sale of online sexual exploitation materials saw the advertisement, disguised themselves as customers, purchased the exploitation materials from Mr. A, and subsequently tracked and apprehended him.

The sexual exploitation materials possessed by Mr. A were reportedly collected from SNS rather than produced by himself. He told the police that he committed these crimes to earn living expenses. The police conducted digital forensics on Mr. A's mobile phone and reportedly found more than ten illegal recordings taken in restrooms.

A police official stated, "While continuing the investigation into the buyers, we are also investigating other crimes committed by Mr. A," and urged, "Please keep in mind that possessing or viewing child and juvenile sexual exploitation materials is punishable."
