Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) will hold the ‘2024 Gwangjin Family Classic Picnic’ on the 19th at the special stage on the lawn plaza of Guuimun in Children’s Grand Park.

The third Saturday of October every year is designated as ‘Culture Day’ by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to promote the value of cultural life in daily life. Accordingly, Gwangjin-gu has prepared a classical music performance that all residents can enjoy with their families while feeling the autumn atmosphere.

The performance will begin at 5 p.m. Starting with the opening performance by the youth music volunteer group ‘Riplich Youth Orchestra,’ the stage will continue with a high-quality performance by ▲ ‘Y-Voice,’ a duo vocal team consisting of a soprano and baritone ▲ the famous classical quintet vocal group ‘UNJEL Voice’ ▲ and the ‘Sejong Chamber Ensemble,’ composed of professors, instructors, and alumni from Sejong University’s Department of Music.

In particular, familiar music such as movie OSTs and popular songs will be reinterpreted with beautiful classical melodies, allowing families with children to comfortably enjoy the performance. No prior application is required; attendees can watch the performance by bringing their own personal mats.

However, if you wish to participate in the side events, you need to purchase a unified experience ticket for 1,000 won.
