Middle-Aged and Senior Job Fair to Be Held at KINTEX on November 7... Participating Companies Accepted Until the 18th
Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 10th that it is recruiting companies to participate in the '2024 Goyang City Middle-aged and Senior Job Fair.'
To alleviate the hiring difficulties of local companies and support employment for middle-aged and senior citizens, this fair, held on November 7th at Kintex Hall 6, is expected to host 30 recruiting companies and about 1,000 job seekers.
Any company with hiring plans can apply to participate in the fair, and participating companies will be provided with booths for on-site interviews. The recruitment information of the applying companies will be promoted on Worknet, Goyang City Job Integrated Information Network, and the Goyang City Integrated Job Center blog, and on-site interviews will be conducted through pre-matching by the Goyang City Integrated Job Center.
For companies whose hiring timing does not match but need to inform potential job seekers of their recruitment plans, a company promotion hall will also be prepared. For companies unable to attend on the day of on-site interviews, a resume submission agency service will be supported.
As part of the Goyang City HR Manager Community project, labor special lectures and a corporate lounge space will also be prepared for companies.
A city official stated, "This fair is planned to cover everything about middle-aged and senior jobs, from job information to support for professional and experienced workers' career changes," and added, "We hope it will be an opportunity to check Goyang City's job support projects in one place and to hire employees."
Companies wishing to participate should fill out the application form and submit it to the Goyang City Integrated Job Center by the 18th.
