LG CNS announced on the 10th that it has become the first company in Asia to receive Google Cloud's 'Generative AI Specialist Partner' certification.
The Specialist Partner certification operated by Google Cloud is awarded after verifying actual business application cases in each technical field and the technical capabilities of employees. There are over 20 fields for Google Cloud's Specialist Partner certifications, with the generative AI category added in July.
LG CNS stated that it obtained the generative AI certification just two months after the category was established, recognizing its technological expertise and service capabilities. This certification marks the fifth that LG CNS has received from Google Cloud. Previously, LG CNS earned Specialist Partner certifications in four areas: cloud migration, infrastructure, data analytics, and machine learning.
To receive the generative AI Specialist Partner certification, companies must meet Google Cloud's criteria regarding the development and implementation capabilities of services utilizing generative AI technology. Google Cloud conducts a comprehensive evaluation of company profiles, customer acquisition cases, and specialized competencies.
Kim Tae-hoon, Executive Vice President and Head of LG CNS Cloud Business Division, emphasized, "We will provide differentiated customer value through cloud-based generative AI services optimized for enterprise customers' businesses."
