Hyundai Mobis will participate in the 'Paris Motor Show,' the largest automotive exhibition in Europe, starting on the 14th, accelerating its push into the European market. Hyundai Mobis aims to secure new customers with products specialized for the European region, one of the world's top three automotive markets.
On the 9th, Hyundai Mobis announced its participation in the '2024 Paris Motor Show.' The company will set up an exhibition booth at the event and conduct product demonstrations and sales activities for pre-invited customers.
Celebrating its 126th anniversary this year, the Paris Motor Show is the largest international motor show in Europe, held biennially. However, this is Hyundai Mobis's first time participating in the Paris Motor Show. Until now, Hyundai Mobis has strengthened local sales through exclusive tech shows in Paris and other locations, targeting major European automakers such as Stellantis and Renault.
A Hyundai Mobis official explained, "Our participation in the Paris Motor Show is part of a strategy to expand our customer network and strengthen our order base in the European market, based on the trust we have built with our customers."

Hyundai Mobis plans to operate the exhibition in the form of a 'private booth' for pre-invited customers. In-depth business discussions are also being prepared with executives from various fields, including top management of European automaker customers.
The strategic technologies Hyundai Mobis will showcase this time cover a total of 10 areas, including electrification, autonomous driving, IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment), and lamps. Representative technologies include next-generation electric vehicle drive systems, battery systems (BSA), electronic software platforms, transparent displays, and next-generation chassis systems. Hyundai Mobis identified the interests of European customers in advance and devised its exhibition operation strategy accordingly.
Hyundai Mobis's locally tailored sales strategy is yielding results in the European market. Last year, it secured a large-scale order for the battery system (BSA), a core electrification component, from Volkswagen, and since the second half of 2022, it has been supplying chassis modules for Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle-exclusive models.
