The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province will recruit 21 employees for public institutions under the city government in the second half of this year.
Suwon announced on the 8th that through integrated recruitment, it plans to hire a total of 21 people: 8 for Suwon Urban Corporation, 7 for Suwon Urban Foundation, 2 for Suwon Cultural Foundation, 1 for Suwon Youth and Young Adult Foundation, 1 for Suwon International Exchange Center, and 2 for Suwon Sports Council.
Applications can be submitted from October 23 to 29 through the Suwon Public Institutions Integrated Recruitment website (https://suwon.recruiton.kr/).
Details such as job categories and exam subjects can be found on the integrated recruitment website. Duplicate applications are not allowed. One person may apply to only one field at one institution.
The written exam will be held on November 9. The common subject is NCS (National Competency Standards), and each institution has two specialized subjects.
Those who pass the written exam must take an online personality test from 10 a.m. on November 18 until 6 p.m. on November 20. Then, each institution will conduct document screening and interviews in November and December, and announce the successful candidates in December.
Suwon has been conducting integrated recruitment for public institution employees since the first half of 2020 to enhance transparency and fairness in hiring. Over the past three years, a total of 133 people have been hired across 11 institutions.
