On Tuesday the 8th, which marks Hanro (寒露), the solar term when cold dew begins to form, the morning temperature will be chilly around 10 degrees Celsius, especially in the central inland and Gyeongbu inland regions.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 7th, daytime temperatures the next day will rise to around 25 degrees Celsius mainly inland, causing a large temperature difference of more than 10 degrees between day and night. The morning low temperature is forecasted to be between 9 and 17 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 18 and 25 degrees Celsius. The whole country will be mostly clear, but clouds will increase from the afternoon. The east coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon, the coastal areas of Gyeongsang, and Jeju Island will be mostly cloudy.

Due to the influence of easterly winds, rain will occasionally fall from dawn on the east coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and from the morning in Busan, Ulsan, the east coast of North Gyeongsang, and the northeastern mountains of North Gyeongsang, ending at night. Some areas in Yeongdong, Gangwon will experience rain continuing until the early morning of the 9th. Between afternoon and evening, light rain may fall in southeastern Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, Chungbuk, and inland Gyeongbuk, and there may be raindrops less than 0.1 mm in Seoul, other inland Gyeonggi areas, eastern Jeonbuk, and Gyeongnam.
Expected rainfall amounts are around 1 mm in southeastern Gyeonggi, Chungbuk, and inland Daegu and Gyeongbuk; 5 to 10 mm on the east coast and northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk; and around 5 mm in Busan, Ulsan, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo. Until the 9th, 5 to 40 mm of rain is forecasted for the east coast and mountainous areas of Gangwon, less than 5 mm inland Gangwon, and 5 to 10 mm on Jeju Island.
Fine dust levels are expected to be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' nationwide. However, southern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong region, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk will temporarily experience 'Unhealthy' levels in the morning. From dawn to morning, dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters will be widespread mainly in central inland, inland Jeonbuk, Jeonnam region, inland Gyeongbuk, and western inland Gyeongnam. Other areas will also experience fog with visibility less than 1 km. The mountainous areas of Gangwon will have dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters due to low cloud cover.
From the afternoon, strong winds with gusts around 55 km/h will occur along the coastal areas of Gyeongsang. From the morning, very strong winds and very high waves will affect the outer seas of central East Sea, and from night, the outer seas of southern East Sea. Wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the near seas of East and South Seas, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the near seas of the West Sea. In the outer seas (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights are predicted to be 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West and South Seas.
