LIGHTSUM (Sangah, Chowon, Nayoung, Hina, Juhyeon, Yujeong) participated in university festivals starting last month at Busan Catholic University, followed by Seoul National University, Keimyung University in Daegu, Inha University in Incheon, and Dongmyung University in Busan. They are rapidly emerging as the new blue chip of university festivals by connecting with students nationwide in Busan, Seoul, Daegu, and Incheon.

On the 2nd, LIGHTSUM took the stage at Dongmyung University’s festival and shared a special time with the students. The members performed stages such as "Honey or Spice," "ALIVE," and "VIVACE," expressing their gratitude toward the audience who gave a warm response, saying, "We are honored to be part of the festival. Even though the weather has cooled down, the atmosphere is heated thanks to all of you."

Afterwards, during the "Bye Bye Love" performance, LIGHTSUM approached the audience and handed out T-shirts signed by the members, capturing the lively scene with a self-cam and eliciting enthusiastic cheers.

In particular, they created a special atmosphere by making hand hearts together with the students. They then ended the stage brilliantly with the digital single "POSE!" released last August.

LIGHTSUM, recognized as a 4th generation rookie in 2021 and having made a successful debut with the single "Vanilla," has showcased their distinctive charm through diverse concept music including their signature song "VIVACE," as well as "ALIVE" and "Honey or Spice."

LIGHTSUM’s university festival performances will continue throughout this fall. They are scheduled to share the romance of campus life with students at Hankyong National University in Anseong on the 7th and Eulji University Seongnam Campus on the 11th.
