Plantynet "PlantM, Digital Magazine App Moazin Preloaded on 'Galaxy Tab S10 Series'"

Plantynet, a security company listed on KOSDAQ, announced on the 7th that its 100% subsidiary PlantyM has partnered with Samsung Electronics to pre-install its magazine streaming service Moazine as a featured application on Samsung’s next-generation tablet, the Galaxy Tab S10 series.

Breaking the conventional mold of magazine reading, Moazine offers a new digital experience by allowing users to easily explore and stream a wide and diverse range of magazines in real-time, covering the latest in fashion, economy, art, education, entertainment, and lifestyle. Additionally, based on preference and tendency data, it provides personalized magazine article recommendations, making it easier to gain insights into areas of interest.

Moazine will be pre-loaded on the Galaxy Tab S10 series (Tab S10+, Tab S10 Ultra), which was released domestically on the 4th, delivering a new magazine content consumption experience. Galaxy Tab S10 series users can enjoy over 1,600 types of domestic and international magazines anytime and anywhere without needing to download additional applications. To commemorate this collaboration, customers who purchase the Galaxy Tab S10 series will receive a 6-month free subscription to Moazine’s domestic + international service, allowing them to use the service at no extra cost.

The Galaxy Tab S10 series features an anti-reflection (AR) coating that reduces glare on the display. With its Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, users can enjoy magazine images and texts with greater clarity and immersion, promising a more sophisticated reading experience. Furthermore, the Vision Booster optimizes brightness and contrast according to various lighting environments, enabling content enjoyment both indoors and outdoors.

PlantyM, the operator of Moazine, plans to continuously update AI-based translation and interpretation functions as well as automatic voice conversion (TTS) technology, enabling not only domestic readers but also global readers who love Korean content and culture to more easily experience K-magazines. These AI technologies break down language barriers, allowing customers from various countries to access K-magazine content in their native languages. The company expects this to contribute to the refined spread of Hallyu content through overseas subscribers.

Hwang Chang-yeon, CEO of PlantyM, stated, “Moazine is striving to establish itself not just as a simple magazine streaming app but as a win-win partner building a new digital content ecosystem with domestic magazine publishers through cooperation with the Korea Magazine Association.” He added, “We will develop into an innovative platform that coexists with the magazine industry by strengthening daily content and linking with shopping platforms.”

Regarding the collaboration with Samsung Electronics, he said, “We hope Galaxy Tab S10 series users will add joy and richness to their digital lifestyles through Moazine and find new inspiration in their daily lives.”
