Korea Zinc Revises Disclosure: Borrowings for Tender Offer Adjusted to 2.1 Trillion Won

Korea Zinc announced on the 7th that it has revised the borrowing amount for the tender offer from the original 1.1635 trillion KRW to 2.1635 trillion KRW.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system, Korea Zinc disclosed in the amended tender offer statement that the cash required for the tender offer consists of 500 billion KRW of its own funds and 2.1635 trillion KRW in borrowings. Previously, it was stated as 1.5 trillion KRW of own funds and 1.1635 trillion KRW in borrowings, but the company corrected 1 trillion KRW of own funds to borrowings.
