Apartment Complex Name 'Raemian Superus'
Samsung C&T Construction Division announced on the 6th that it has been finally selected as the contractor for the redevelopment project of Namyeong-dong District 2 in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

The Namyeong District 2 Redevelopment Association held a general meeting the day before and approved the agenda to finalize Samsung C&T as the contractor. This project involves constructing four buildings with 625 households and office facilities on the site at 92 Galwol-dong, ranging from 7 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors. The construction cost is approximately 661.9 billion KRW.
The site is a double station area located just a 2-minute walk from both Sookdaeipgu Station on Subway Line 4 and Namyeong Station on Line 1. It is evaluated to have an excellent location as it lies on the route from Hangang Bridge connecting Noryangjin and Yongsan to Seoul Station and Gwanghwamun area.
Samsung C&T proposed the new complex name 'Raemian SUPERUS.' SUPERUS is Latin for 'heavenly.' It signifies offering the best residential complex in Yongsan with views of Namsan and Yongsan Park.
Samsung C&T collaborated with the global architectural design firm Arcadis to apply an original exterior design featuring a 185-meter-long panoramic sky bridge shaped like clouds and an elegant curved skyline expressing the rising value of the complex towards the sky. The sky bridge will house a breakfast service area, a premium guest house, a fitness center, a sauna, and a cloud community overlooking Yongsan Park. On the lower floors, a golf practice range, seniors club, and daycare center harmonized with landscaping will be established.
Additionally, 27 diverse specialized floor plans were proposed, and all units will secure views of Namsan, Yongsan Park, the Han River, and the cityscape. A super-large landscaping facility of approximately 4,062 pyeong, including a sky garden, will also be provided.
