Fire at Grain Drying Warehouse in Imsil... Damage Estimated at About 28 Million Won

A fire broke out at a grain drying warehouse in Unam-myeon, Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk, around 6:02 a.m. on the 5th and was extinguished after about 2 hours and 50 minutes.

There were no casualties, but the grain dryer and stored rice in the warehouse were destroyed, resulting in an estimated property damage of about 28 million KRW, according to the fire department.

Based on a witness's statement that "flames were seen near the grain dryer," the fire authorities are investigating the exact cause of the fire, considering the possibility of an electrical factor.
