Uijeongbu-si Holds 4th Regular Meeting of the Community Social Security Council

Mayor Kim Dong-geun is taking a commemorative photo together after appointing the by-election members at the '10th Uijeongbu City Community Security Council 4th Regular Meeting' held in the city hall's mid-sized conference room on the 2nd.

Uijeongbu City in Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 4th that it held the "10th Uijeongbu City Community Security Council 4th Regular Meeting" on the 2nd at the city hall's medium conference room, attended by 27 representatives of the council.

The meeting proceeded with Mayor Kim Dong-geun appointing four replacement members, followed by a session chaired by private co-chair Yoon Yeon-hee to review changes in the detailed projects of the 2024 annual implementation plan of the 5th Community Security Plan (2023?2026), and reports on the progress of the working subcommittees and the Dong (neighborhood) Community Security Councils.

The 2024 annual implementation plan is a one-year action plan based on the 5th Community Security Plan. During the meeting, after discussions with the monitoring team and project managers, eight out of 39 detailed projects were revised.

The Uijeongbu City Community Security Council deliberated on the changes to the 2024 annual implementation plan and will continue to strengthen efforts to gather citizens' needs and opinions through ongoing monitoring.

Mayor Kim Dong-geun stated, "We will work together to solve community issues and create a better future," adding, "I will continue to cooperate with the council members for the development of Uijeongbu City's community security."
