Charge of Injury Caused by Obstruction of Special Official Duties
A motorcycle rider who attempted to flee by hanging onto a police officer after being caught driving in the wrong direction was apprehended by the police.
On the 4th, the Guro Police Station in Seoul announced that they had applied for an arrest warrant for the motorcycle rider, Mr. A, on charges of obstructing official duties causing injury.
Mr. A is accused of refusing to comply with the crackdown after being caught driving the wrong way on a one-way street in Guro-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, on the 3rd, hanging onto a police officer and fleeing about 15 meters. The police arrested Mr. A at the scene.
It was confirmed that Mr. A was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
