Rain will start from dawn in the Gyeongsang region and Jeju Island, from the morning in the Jeolla and Chungcheong regions, and from the afternoon in southern Gyeonggi and Gangwon Province. Expected rainfall is around 5mm in southern Gyeonggi and Chungcheong regions, and between 5mm and up to 40mm in Gangwon Province.

Most of the rain will stop by night, but in Jeonnam, Gyeongsang region, and Jeju Island, it may continue until the early morning of the 4th. The expected rainfall over two days is 5 to 40mm in Jeonnam, 5 to 10mm in Jeonbuk, 10 to 60mm in Busan, Ulsan, the southern coast of Gyeongnam, and the eastern coast of southern Gyeongnam, and 5 to 40mm in inland Gyeongnam, Daegu, Gyeongbuk, Ulleungdo, Dokdo, and Jeju Island.

The morning low temperature will range from 6 to 18 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature will be between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels will be good across all regions due to smooth atmospheric dispersion and the influence of precipitation.

Sea waves will be 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
