Firefighters from Suwon Nambu Fire Station are conducting comprehensive training for mountain accident rescue.
The Suwon Southern Fire Station in Gyeonggi Province will implement the "Autumn Mountain Accident Safety Measures" to prevent mountain accidents until the end of October.
The main safety measures include ▲conducting mountain accident prevention campaigns ▲maintaining mountain location signboards ▲servicing simple rescue first aid kits ▲carrying out hiking trail safety guardian activities ▲and conducting mountain accident life rescue training.
Additionally, on Saturdays, an experience booth will be set up at the entrance of Chilbosan hiking trail to provide hikers with CPR training, blood pressure checks, and simple first aid supplies as part of the autumn hiking trail safety guardian activities.
Go Young-ju, Chief of Suwon Southern Fire Station, stated, "We will prepare comprehensive measures to ensure citizens' safe hiking and do our best in prevention management and emergency rescue response activities."
