◆EnjoyGO= South Springs CC is an international standard prestige golf course designed by Jim Fazio, one of the top 100 golf course designers in the United States. In 2009, 18 holes were created on 975,459㎡ (about 290,000 pyeong). It is a par 72 course with a total length of 7,226 yards. Since 2010, it has been selected as one of Korea’s best courses, boasting an excellent environment. It started as Korea’s top private club and switched to a public course in 2016.

The gentle terrain features a well-structured course design with various hazards strategically placed. Golfers of any skill level can enjoy delicate play. The fundamental design philosophy of the golf course is challenge and achievement. There are 108 bunkers waiting for golfers. It is a true tournament course. It meets the course standards for international tournaments such as the PGA Tour. It boasts the best course and the best green conditions. The Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour tournaments have been held here. This year, the SangSangin·Hankyung WowNet Open will be held from October 17.

The Lake Course is par 36, 3,583 yards. Each hole is harmonized with trees that allow you to feel all four seasons and neat greens. The traditional hanok and clubhouse create a fantastic harmony. Especially, the 8th hole evokes a watercolor painting with the grandeur of an artificial waterfall. It is the landmark of the South Springs CC course. The seven lakes arranged along the course require bold strategies. The Mountain Course is par 36, 3,688 yards. It embraces nature as it is, a natural masterpiece created by nature. You can admire orange-colored rocks scattered throughout the holes. Various trees harmonize around the greens.

◆EatGO= South Springs CC has another pride: the clubhouse restaurant. Delicious and distinctive dishes are served seasonally. You can taste various delicacies from land and sea. For breakfast, there are galbi beef brisket and cabbage hangover soup, Donggang river snail and auks soup, abalone mung bean chicken porridge, and American-style breakfast. For Korean dishes, fried eggs are provided. The signature menu is South Curry Rice. Recently, Korean beef tteokgalbi and seafood soft tofu stew have been added. You can also enjoy various a la carte and course meals such as tuna tataki with mountain yam and beef tenderloin sweet and sour pork.

After completing nine holes, the Start House awaits. Popular menu items include South-style fried dumplings, French fries, buckwheat jelly salad, and assorted fried dishes. The Start House holds various seasonal events, offering opportunities for small pleasures. On the 5th hole of both the Mountain Course and Lake Course, there are cozy resting places called shade houses. You can enjoy the beautiful natural scenery during your round.

South Springs CC also has the elegant space called Fazio House that blends with the beautiful nature. It is located on the right side of the first floor of the clubhouse. It is a beautiful hanok with the classical beauty of traditional architecture. Various banquets and receptions can be held here. It guarantees a sophisticated and elegant event and resting space. You can enjoy Korean beef omakase and Chinese fusion courses. It is available with a reservation at least two weeks in advance.

◆SeeGO= You can heal at Icheon Termeden. Termeden is a combination of the German word ‘Therme,’ meaning hot spring, and ‘Eden,’ the earthly paradise in the Bible, meaning ‘the earthly paradise of hot springs.’ You can enjoy the seasonal changes of nature along with clean natural hot spring water in the forest. All indoor and outdoor pools at Termeden use 100% natural hot spring water. There are various theme zones, including an infinity pool where you can take your best shot, a mountain slide, and a toddler slide. You can enjoy both the fun of water play and the forest scenery.
