Lee Dong-hwan, Mayor of Goyang Special City, is participating in the '2024 Goyang Youth Day' event on the outdoor stage of La Festa Culture Street on the 28th.

Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 2nd that the '2024 Goyang Youth Day' event was successfully held on the 28th at the outdoor stage of La Festa Culture Street.

This event attracted attention as a participatory event led by youth from planning to execution, aimed at recalling La Festa, a bustling area during their childhood, and promoting commercial district revitalization.

The event started at 4 p.m. with a 'Youth Artist Performance' and featured various experiences and consultation booths such as job and career planning counseling for youth, a stress relief experience, mini-games, and a 2000s retro photo zone, receiving enthusiastic responses from the younger generation.

Additionally, a communication event called 'Coffee Chat' was held between Mayor Lee Dong-hwan, a life senior, and the youth, providing an opportunity for sincere conversations about the concerns, interests, and dreams of the younger generation, discussing growth and the future.

Moreover, 20 works of '2000s Memory Photos' were submitted in advance and exhibited outdoors, and a stamp tour event was conducted in collaboration with La Festa merchants, offering discount coupons to participants, adding both fun and meaning to the event.
