Hyoungji Elite announced on the 30th that it has appointed Choi Jun-ho, Vice Chairman of Fashion Group Hyoungji, as its CEO.
The CEO of Hyoungji Elite had been held by Choi Byung-oh, Chairman of Fashion Group Hyoungji.
This time, with Vice Chairman Choi, the eldest son of Chairman Choi, taking over as CEO of Hyoungji Elite, the second-generation management system is expected to be further strengthened.
Vice Chairman Choi first stepped to the forefront of management as CEO of Castelbajac in May 2021, aiming for a "Global Hyoungji," and in December of the same year, he also took on the role of President of Fashion Group Hyoungji.
In November of last year, he was promoted to Vice Chairman of Fashion Group Hyoungji, overseeing 23 brands overall.
Vice Chairman Choi said, "We will join forces with employees and partners to expand overseas business and focus all efforts on discovering new growth engines."
Hyoungji Elite, a corporation with a fiscal year ending in June, reported that its consolidated sales for the 2023 fiscal year (from July last year to June this year) reached 132.7 billion KRW, a 40% increase compared to the previous year, achieving an all-time high.
