Amosense Acquires 10 Billion KRW Worth of Amoesnet Shares

KOSDAQ-listed company Amosense announced on the 30th that it will acquire 3 million shares of Amoesnet, a company primarily engaged in the telecommunications business, for 10 billion KRW.

After the acquisition, Amosense's stake in Amoesnet will be 100%. The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is March 31, 2025.

Amosense stated that the purpose of this stock acquisition is "to activate the Internet of Things (IoT) device business and create synergy effects through the addition of network business."
