The Personnel Hearing Special Committee of the Chungnam Provincial Council has deemed Jo Sohaeng, the candidate for Chairman of the Chungnam Credit Guarantee Foundation, as qualified.
On the 30th, the committee held its second personnel hearing, reviewed Jo's abilities and qualifications, and determined him to be suitable for the position.
During the hearing, Jo emphasized the implementation of a "clean foundation" through proactive risk management. He also pledged to devise measures to expand contributions from financial institutions and local governments, strengthen fiscal soundness, and reorganize the organization to be more field-oriented.
Jo stated, "We will operate a task force to expand rehabilitation guarantees and establish a virtuous cycle structure to create opportunities for small business owners to recover," adding, "We will train dedicated personnel for guarantee accidents to systematically manage guarantee accidents and execution risks."
He further said, "I will do my best to ensure that the Chungnam Credit Guarantee Foundation plays a key role in revitalizing the Chungnam regional economy."
Chairman Lee Jonghwa (People Power Party, Hongseong 2) remarked, "With over 30 years of experience at the central Nonghyup, your qualifications are well recognized," and urged, "If appointed, please serve as a beacon for small business owners and dedicate yourself to the development of the Chungnam Credit Guarantee Foundation."
