Dongwon Development opened the model house for ‘Gwangan Centum Vista Dongwon,’ located in the Gwangandong area of Suyeong-gu, Busan’s residential hub, on the 27th (Friday), officially starting the sales schedule.
The complex consists of 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, offering a total of 525 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, of which 208 units are available for general sale. The units are composed by exclusive area as follows: ▲84A 190 units ▲84B 39 units ▲59A 114 units ▲59B 98 units ▲59C 84 units.
The sales schedule begins with special supply on October 7th (Monday), followed by first-priority subscription on October 8th (Tuesday), and second-priority subscription on October 10th (Thursday). The announcement of winners will be on October 16th (Wednesday), and contracts will be signed over three days from October 28th (Monday) to October 30th (Wednesday).
Eligibility for first-priority subscription for Gwangan Centum Vista Dongwon requires applicants to be at least 19 years old as of the announcement date, residing in Busan Metropolitan City or residing in Ulsan Metropolitan City or Gyeongsangnam-do with a minimum of 6 months of bankbook subscription and meeting the deposit requirements according to the unit size.
In the Suyeong-gu area where the complex is located, about 10 large-scale reconstruction and redevelopment projects are actively underway. Once completed, the area is expected to transform into a new affluent residential district with approximately 10,000 households.
Gwangan Centum Vista Dongwon is equipped with various living infrastructures necessary for residential life, including transportation and education. Mangmi Station on Busan Subway Line 3 is located 300 meters away, and Suyeong Station (a transfer station for Lines 2 and 3) is 500 meters away, offering the premium advantage of a double station area. Through Line 3, passengers can transfer to Line 1 at Yeonsan Station, and Line 2 provides convenient access to Yangsan via Seomyeon.
Access to major areas of Busan is convenient via Mangmi Beonyeong-ro in front of the complex, and accessibility to Centum City and Haeundae is excellent. It houses business and cultural facilities such as the convention center BEXCO, the Busan Cinema Center, the yacht stadium, Olympic Park, and the Busan Museum of Art, offering a variety of cultural amenities.
Gwangan Centum Vista Dongwon enjoys a one-stop school zone location with elementary, middle, and high schools all within 500 meters radius. Residents can walk to nearby schools including Suyeong Elementary School, Sumi Elementary School, Gwang-an Middle School, and Deokmun Girls’ High School. Additionally, residents can enjoy a pleasant living environment with access to Gwangalli Beach, Geumryeonsan Mountain, and Hwangnyeongsan Mountain.
The complex features a preferred slab-type structure and a south-facing layout as part of its specialized design, enhancing product value with sufficient distance between buildings and minimizing interference between units.

Meanwhile, the model house for Gwangan Centum Vista Dongwon is planned to be located near Exit 13 of Centum City Station in U-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan.
