Somatic Cell Count Grade 1, Bacterial Count Grade 1A Raw Milk Based
100% Domestic Milk Collected Separately from A2-Exclusive Farms
Seoul Milk Cooperative announced on the 30th that its 'A2+ Milk,' launched in April, has surpassed cumulative sales of 20 million units based on the 180㎖ product within just five months of release.
A2+ Milk is the next-generation high-quality milk following Na100% Milk. It uses only domestic raw milk produced at 34 selected A2-exclusive farms within the cooperative, based on raw milk graded as somatic cell count level 1 and bacterial count level 1A, selected from the existing Na 100% Milk. Additionally, after undergoing centrifugation and pasteurization, the milk is further purified by removing bacteria and microorganisms once more through the EFL (Extended Fresh Life) process, enhancing its freshness.
If 20 million Seoul Milk A2+ Milk units were lined up, they would stretch 2,500 km, a distance equivalent to running a full marathon about 60 times. The company explained that this sales volume within five months of launch is an unprecedented figure in the industry.
Lee Seung-wook, head of the Milk Marketing Team at Seoul Milk Cooperative, stated, "As the number one in the dairy industry, we will repay consumers with the best product quality based on our brand trust."
