American multinational company Cytiva, a supplier of raw materials for biopharmaceuticals, has established a manufacturing facility in Songdo International City, Incheon.

This facility is Cytiva's first production site in Korea, consisting of a filter manufacturing center for biopharmaceutical production processes and educational facilities. Cytiva plans to start actual product manufacturing from 2026 to flexibly respond to the demand in the Asian bio market.

The Innovation Hub will introduce various eco-friendly operational programs based on high energy and water efficiency, aiming for zero waste landfill and reduction of carbon dioxide equivalent emissions.
