The Department of Physical Therapy at Dong-Eui University of Science and Technology (President: Kim Youngdo) successfully held its 14th Academic Symposium at the university's convention hall on the 26th.
On the 26th, participants are taking a group commemorative photo at the 14th Physical Therapy Department Academic Festival.
This academic symposium was a meaningful event where third-year students conducted their own research experiments and presented the results. A total of six research papers were presented, including a study on "The Effects of Core Exercises on Abdominal Muscle Thickness and Endurance."
The presented studies covered a wide range of topics in the field of physical therapy, and an active academic exchange took place between juniors and seniors during the Q&A session that followed each presentation.
Juniors asked questions about the research topics of their seniors, gaining a deeper understanding of the research process, while seniors shared the difficulties they faced and the solutions they found during their research, providing practical advice to their juniors. This made it a meaningful time of academic communication and growth.
Following the academic presentations, juniors performed a celebratory performance, creating a time of unity and enjoyment for all participants.
Kwon Yoojeong, head of the Department of Physical Therapy, said, "I hope this academic symposium has become a valuable opportunity for both juniors and seniors to grow academically together," and added, "We will continue to provide various opportunities to enhance students' academic and practical abilities."
The Department of Physical Therapy at Dong-Eui University of Science and Technology plans to continue holding various research and academic events to support students' ongoing academic growth.
