"'Up to 35,000 KRW' Climate Companion Card Youth Discount Refund... 'Apply by October 28'"

If the card is not deleted or refunded by the 28th of next month, it will be used until expiration

Seoul City's 'Climate Companion Card' youth discount refund will be implemented once again. If you missed the previous application, you can receive a refund of up to 35,000 KRW during the additional application period.

On the 29th, Seoul City announced that from the 30th of this month to the 28th of next month, it will conduct the 'Climate Companion Card Youth Discount Post-Refund Application' for youths aged 19 to 39.

The eligible individuals are youths who used the Climate Companion Card for 30 consecutive days during the pilot project period from February 26 to June 30. This refers to those who purchased and used the Climate Companion Card without suspending usage, requesting a refund, or deleting the card during the 30-day period.

Previously, Seoul City conducted a youth discount post-refund once from July 2 to August 5. However, due to requests from those who did not apply, an additional youth discount post-refund will be offered to users within the pilot period.

If the Climate Companion Card registered via mobile app or web was used for the full 30-day period without suspension, deletion, or refund, 7,000 KRW will be refunded per month. If the card was used for all five months of the pilot project period, a maximum refund of 35,000 KRW is available.

Post-refunds can be applied for on the T-money Card & Pay website for both mobile and physical cards. Since no additional applications will be accepted after this application period ends, those who wish to receive a refund but have not yet applied must register their domestic bank account number under their name and apply by October 28.
