Support for Geumjeong-gu Office Chief Candidate Visiting Busan
Han Dong-hoon, the leader of the People Power Party, visited Busan on the 28th to support Yoon Il-hyun, a candidate running in the October 16 by-election for the Geumjeong District Office.
At Yoon's campaign office opening ceremony, Han said, "I will lead Geumjeong's present and future brightly," emphasizing, "The People Power Party will be the 'Power of Busan Geumjeong'." He added, "Yoon will not lead Geumjeong alone. I and all members of the People Power Party will work together for Geumjeong's development and the improvement of residents' lives."
In particular, he expressed a strong commitment to Busan's economic development by promising the relocation of the Korea Development Bank to Busan. Han pointed out, "Recently, the Democratic Party came to Geumjeong and said they would develop Busan's financial sector, but I want to tell them to speak reasonably," adding, "How can Kim Min-seok, a Supreme Council member of the Democratic Party who most actively opposed the relocation of the Korea Development Bank to Busan, talk about Busan's development?"
After the opening ceremony, Han visited Busan Baptist Hospital to hold an on-site meeting regarding current issues such as the promotion of a public hospital.
