Cooperation for Training Practical Talent in UI/UX Design and Immersive Experience (IX) Fields
The Office of External Cooperation at Dong-Eui University (Director Kim Chiyong) signed a business agreement with Samwoo Immersion (CEO Kim Daehee) on the 26th to foster talent in XR solution technology for the industrial sector.
The signing ceremony, held at Samwoo Immersion's Busan headquarters, was attended by Kim Chiyong, Director of the Office of External Cooperation at Dong-Eui University; Kim Sunghui, Professor of Industrial ICT Engineering; Lee Jaein, Professor of Human Engineering; as well as Kim Daehee, CEO of Samwoo Immersion; Kim Minjun, Director of Strategic Planning; and Tak Wanseok, Deputy General Manager.
According to the agreement, the two organizations will cooperate to nurture field-ready professionals in areas such as UI/UX design and immersive experience (IX) based on VR, AR, MR, and XR technologies.
Kim Chiyong, Director of the Office of External Cooperation, stated, "Through our collaboration with Samwoo Immersion, which has the world's first XR-based job training and talent development center, we will operate recruitment-linked and customized education programs for our students."
