Helping Disaster-Affected Households... The Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association (President Song Pil-ho) announced on the 27th that it has signed a tripartite agreement with LH Korea Land and Housing Corporation and LK Co., Ltd. to provide rapid relief and support for the stabilization of living conditions for disaster-affected households.


LH will be responsible for ▲establishing a disaster relief fund of 100 million KRW ▲providing and installing disaster relief facilities ▲cooperating in preventive activities such as fire prevention in public rental complexes. LK Co., Ltd. will be responsible for ▲establishing a disaster relief fund and relief supplies worth 50 million KRW ▲promoting disaster relief projects. Hope Bridge plans to cooperate in ▲operating the disaster relief fund ▲managing disaster relief facilities ▲delivering relief funds and supplies ▲and promoting designated donation projects.


Since 2020, LH has supported disaster-affected households by providing relief funds and supplies worth a total of 370 million KRW to 310 households. In addition, it operates 20 relief facilities nationwide, including in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Through this agreement, LK will join in supporting disaster-affected households.


Kim Kyung-jin, Director of Housing Welfare Planning at LH, said, "It is meaningful to be able to expand the support project for disaster-affected households, which has continued since 2020, together with LK," adding, "We will continue to carry out practical cooperation and helpful disaster relief projects."


Ko Seok-min, Vice President of LK, said, "We are pleased to contribute to disaster relief while fulfilling our social responsibility," and added, "We will support neighbors facing difficulties due to disasters through various social contribution activities."


Shin Seung-geun, Vice Chairman of Hope Bridge, said, "We thank both companies for helping us provide faster and more effective support to disaster victims through this cooperation," and added, "Hope Bridge will continue to diversify relief activities through the disaster relief cooperation system."
