[Special Stock] Chaicommunication, Real AI Marketing Making Money with ChatGPT... Major Corporate Clients Lining Up

Chai Communication, an AI-based digital marketing specialist company, is showing strong performance on the first day of its SPAC merger.


As of 10:19 AM on the 27th, Chai Communication is trading at 21,000 KRW, up 17.34% from the reference price. The price initially dropped to 13,600 KRW at the start of trading before turning upward.


Founded in 2004, Chai Communication is a digital marketing specialist. It provides integrated marketing solutions including performance, content, and branding, achieving an average annual growth rate of 24%. After 18 years since its establishment, it succeeded in becoming the number one digital marketing company in Korea.


Last year, Chai Communication accelerated its growth by launching its own generative AI platform combining ChatGPT and Naver’s HyperCLOVA. To enhance the AI platform, it is applying its own big data of 21 billion records to the platform and is promoting the integration of the entire generative AI value chain.


Last year, Chai Communication recorded consolidated sales of 56.4 billion KRW, operating profit of 8.6 billion KRW, and net profit of 7.3 billion KRW. Having secured numerous large-scale new orders from major corporations, Chai Communication is expected to maintain a stable performance trend this year as well.


Chai Communication plans to strengthen its AI technology with the funds raised from the listing. It aims to maximize its market share in digital marketing by developing new advertising solutions based on machine learning algorithms and proprietary AI models, as well as advertising content production processes utilizing AI.


A representative of Chai Communication said, "As the advertising market rapidly shifts to digital, the digital advertising market continues to grow steadily every year. Chai Communication has achieved rapid growth and attained the top position in Korea’s digital marketing sector in a short period by leveraging differentiated competitiveness in the fast-changing digital marketing market."


He added, "With the KOSDAQ listing as a milestone, we plan to build infrastructure to maximize work efficiency and expand AI-related research and development. Through our proprietary AI platform, we will not only provide optimized marketing solutions that meet customer needs but also drastically reduce advertising content production costs, realizing simultaneous growth in sales and profits."
