HDC Hyundai Development Company, Hyundai Engineering & Construction, and POSCO E&C opened the model house for City OCELE 6 Complex, supplied in the joint 5-block of City OCELE, on the 27th. This marks the start of new City OCELE pre-sales after three years since the 4 Complex pre-sale in September 2021.
City OCELE 6 Complex consists of 9 buildings with 1,734 households, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 47 floors above ground. The subscription schedule for City OCELE 6 Complex starts with special supply on October 7, followed by 1st priority on the 8th, and 2nd priority on the 10th. The announcement of winners will be on the 17th, and the official contract signing for winners will take place over five days from the 29th to November 2.
Subscription eligibility is granted to residents of Incheon and the metropolitan area who have held a subscription savings account for more than 12 months and meet the deposit criteria by area and size. Homeowners and household members can also apply. The down payment is set at 5%, with the first installment capped at 10 million KRW to reduce the financial burden on buyers.

City OCELE 6 Complex is a transit-oriented development within walking distance of the soon-to-open Hakik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line.
