LX Customer Center Selected as Excellent Counseling Quality Institution by Korea Standards Association for 3 Consecutive Years

The Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (LX) Customer Center has been selected as an excellent institution for three consecutive years in the KS-CQI evaluation, a consultation quality certification system hosted by the Korean Standards Association (KSA).

On the 26th, LX announced that its Customer Center was recognized as an excellent institution for three consecutive years for the first time among commissioned quasi-governmental agencies, as a result of continuously improving consultation quality management and customer satisfaction.


KS-CQI is a certification system hosted by the Korean Standards Association, targeting 65 industries and 270 companies. Every year from May to July, it evaluates service quality based on customers who used call centers and grants certification to institutions that achieve excellent performance.


The LX Customer Center reportedly received high scores in various categories such as accuracy, promptness, and friendliness of consultation services. In particular, it was evaluated as having established itself as an intelligent call center through the 'Visible ARS' and the consultation assistant system exclusively for counselors, providing fast and accurate land information services to customers nationwide. It also built a real-time Voice of Customer (VOC) system utilizing digital technology and strengthened counselor training programs.


Yoon Han-pil, Head of the LX Cadastral Business Division, said, "Taking the selection as an excellent institution for three consecutive years as an opportunity, we will continue to prioritize customer satisfaction and continuously improve service quality." He added, "We will achieve customer-centered service innovation by introducing advanced consultation technologies and enhancing counselor capabilities to provide customized consultation services."
