SK Ecoplant Launches Premium Brand 'Define' First Sale in Busan

SK Ecoplant is introducing its premium apartment brand ‘DE’FINE’ for the first time in Busan. On the 26th, SK Ecoplant announced that it will open the model house for ‘DE’FINE Gwang-an’ on the 27th and officially begin the sales process.

Starting with special supply on the 30th, applications for the first priority subscription will be accepted on the 2nd of next month, followed by the second priority on the 4th. The announcement of successful applicants will be made on the 11th of the same month, and contracts will be signed over three days from the 22nd to the 24th. The expected move-in date is June 2026. The average sale price is 33.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡ (pyeong).

To apply for the first priority subscription, applicants must be at least 19 years old as of the announcement date of the resident recruitment, reside in Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongnam, and meet the requirements for a minimum of six months of bankbook subscription and the deposit amount according to the area.

DE’FINE Gwang-an will be developed on 1240-38, Gwang-an-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, consisting of 10 buildings from 2 basement floors to 31 floors above ground, with a total of 1,233 households. By exclusive area, it includes ▲36㎡ 64 units ▲59㎡ 165 units ▲78㎡ 208 units ▲84㎡ 672 units ▲100㎡ 62 units ▲115㎡ 62 units. Among these, 567 units are for general sale, including ▲59㎡ 88 units ▲78㎡ 179 units ▲84㎡ 278 units.

The complex is the first to apply SK Ecoplant’s premium brand ‘DE’FINE,’ launched in August 2022. Specialized designs reflecting the premium brand philosophy have been introduced. The exterior features the design philosophy ‘The Fine Cut,’ showcasing curtain wall looks, specialized side walls, rooftop decorations and lighting installations, and high-end stone finishes on the lower floors. In terms of interior design, the 84㎡ Type A has a 4-bay slab-type layout offering a spacious kitchen, dressing room, pantry, and practical storage spaces, while the 84㎡ Type B is a tower-type but applies a 3-bay front structure allowing the alpha room to be used flexibly for various purposes.

Landscaping and community facilities are also diverse. The complex includes green spaces such as the ‘Iconic Garden’ with wide water features and lawns, the hill-shaped ‘Grand Hills Garden,’ and the garden along the pedestrian path called ‘Gallery Garden.’ Additionally, premium community facilities such as a residents-only lounge, indoor golf practice range, sauna, fitness center, and a book club and book lounge offering book curation services will be provided, along with a daycare center and senior citizens’ center. The units will be equipped with the AI smart home service ‘SKAI 2.0.’ The AI switch automatically learns occupancy status and preferred temperature, controlling lighting, standby power, and heating automatically. Air purification and ventilation systems will be installed both inside the units and in common facilities.

The transportation, lifestyle, and educational infrastructure are excellent. The complex is a super-station area located just a 2-minute walk from Gwang-an Station on Busan Subway Line 2, and is close to Suyeong Bridge, Suyeong Tunnel, Beonyeong-ro, Namhae Expressway, and Gyeongbu Expressway, making travel to other areas convenient.
