The iPhone 16, which is generating anticipation as Apple’s first AI phone, has kept its price steady and included South Korea as one of the first-tier launch countries, raising expectations for high sales in the related industry.
A stiffener is a component that prevents internal damage caused by foreign substances entering the camera module and has excellent electromagnetic wave shielding effects, minimizing malfunctions caused by electromagnetic waves and thereby enhancing product stability. AT Solution performs coating on stiffeners through an insulation painting process. It is known that AT Solution currently holds a dominant position domestically in this process.
AT Solution’s insulation painting technology overcomes the technical difficulties related to coating area and size compared to the conventional stiffener liner method using insulating tape, enabling the realization of various shapes and mass production. The jig design technology that ensures stable product quality and over 10 years of mass production know-how are major competitive advantages of AT Solution. In particular, profitability is expected to improve significantly as supply volume increases sharply in the second half of the year.
