Hamyang County Holds 5th Community Social Security Council Representative Meeting

Proceedings on Agenda Items Including Working Group Operation Report and Budget Review

Hamyang County, Gyeongnam, announced on the 26th that it held the 5th Regional Social Security Council Representative Council meeting in the county office's main conference room.

Hamyang County is holding the 5th term Regional Social Security Council Representative Council meeting.

The Hamyang County Regional Social Security Council is composed of 20 diverse members, including those from social security-related facilities and institutions, academia, nonprofit private organizations, public officials, and network representatives such as the heads of township and town council committees, in order to promote social security and activate public-private cooperation in the community.

The meeting held on the 25th was attended by Private Chairperson Hwang Taejin and 13 committee members. The main agenda items included a report on the 2nd Hamyang County Social Welfare Expo, a report on the operation of working subcommittees for 2024, and a review of the 2025 budget plan for the Regional Social Security Council.

In particular, various opinions were exchanged and reviewed to vitalize the Hamyang County Regional Social Security Council in 2025. The members also agreed to actively participate in the Hamyang County Social Welfare Expo, which is scheduled to be held on the Saturday stage at Sangnim Park on October 4.

Private Chairperson Hwang Taejin stated, "We will do our best to vitalize the Hamyang County Regional Social Security Council, so I ask for the active participation and cooperation of all committee members."
