First Apartment in Yangju Station Area Development Project, 'Yangju Station Prugio Center Park,' Announced for Sale [Yangju Station Prugio Center Park Perspective View]

The first apartment in the Yangju Station area urban development project, emerging as a new residential hub in northern Gyeonggi Province, is about to be launched, attracting the attention of prospective buyers.

Daewoo Construction plans to sell 'Yangju Station Prugio Center Park' in October within Block 5 (A1) of the joint district plan of the Yangju Station area urban development project in Nambang-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex will consist of 8 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,172 units with exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters.

Yangju Station Prugio Center Park is being developed within the Yangju Station area urban development project zone. An urban development project refers to the creation of complexes or urban areas with residential, commercial, and cultural functions. Unlike housing site development projects, these are led by private developers or local governments, which allows for faster project progress.

The Yangju Station area development project is one of Yangju City's key initiatives and is progressing rapidly, raising high expectations. According to Yangju City, the approximately 640,000 square meter land development project is expected to be completed within this year. Once residential complexes, infrastructure, and roads are finished, the area will transform into a new residential town accommodating about 10,000 people.

Near Yangju Station, the first gateway of Yangju City on Subway Line 1, a transfer center with two above-ground floors, including transfer linkage facilities, a waiting hall, and parking facilities, is planned. Upon completion, the project will significantly improve the residential environment by providing convenient transportation and abundant living infrastructure.

In particular, the nearby Yangju Technovalley is evaluated as having sufficient future value as a self-sustaining city. Yangju Technovalley is the largest urban high-tech industrial complex in northern Gyeonggi Province, covering about 218,000 square meters around the Yangju Station area development site, with construction currently underway and scheduled for completion in 2026. Once completed, the Technovalley is expected to generate a production inducement effect of approximately 1.8686 trillion KRW and create about 4,300 jobs, greatly activating the local economy and providing abundant demand.

The location is also excellent. Yangju Station Prugio Center Park is within walking distance of Yangju Station on Subway Line 1. Through this line, it takes about 40 minutes to reach Cheongnyangni Station, a transfer station for Subway Line 1, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Suin-Bundang Line, and Gyeongchun Line, and about 50 minutes to reach City Hall Station, a transfer station for Subway Lines 1 and 2, ensuring high accessibility to Seoul.

Various transportation networks are also scheduled to open nearby. First, the metropolitan area express railroad (GTX) Line C is planned to pass nearby, significantly improving access to Seoul. GTX-C Line connects approximately 84.46 km from Deokjeong in Yangju to Cheongnyangni, Samsung Station, and Suwon, with a groundbreaking ceremony held last January. Once opened, it is expected to take about 27 minutes from Deokjeong, Yangju to Samsung Station in Seoul.

Moreover, as the first complex supplied in the Yangju Station area urban development project zone, expectations for future price increases are high. Early establishment in an area benefiting from major development projects such as the station area development, GTX-C Line, and Yangju Technovalley is expected to position it as a leading complex representing the district.

The model house for Yangju Station Prugio Center Park will be set up near Deokgye Samgeori in Deokgye-dong, Yangju-si.
